Information presented is supplied (directly and indirectly) by third parties such as hotels and venues, and accordingly we can not be held liability for errors or omissions in relation to such content. Each hotel or conference venue remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information provided to our website. If we discover that a venue has misrepresented the establishment, the information is either amended or the venue is removed from our site.
All contracts are made between users and the relevant hotel/conference venue, not with Venues Organiser, and we accept no liability for any claims or complaints made by hotels / venues or venue users.
All promotions advertised on our website are subject to availability.
We hold no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred directly or indirectly by the hotel/conference venues or users. Venues Organiser accepts no responsibility for any wear, tear or renovation at venues, over which we have no control, or not been informed.
Our service is free of charge to venue users. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay the hotel or conference venue directly for your booking. Problems with refunds and cancellation charge must be taken up with the venue. We accept no responsibility for charges made by the venue, legitimate or otherwise.
You may only use this service to make legitimate enquiries and must not use it to make any speculative, false or fraudulent enquiries or any enquiry in anticipation of demand. You also undertake to provide correct and accurate contact details to us and accepts that we may use these details to contact the client should this prove necessary.
Wvenues.com contains hyperlinks to other web sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. You are solely responsible for any transaction between you and third parties. However if you have any concerns about privacy or content on linked sites, please let us know.
